When you buy with My Farm Shop Home Delivery, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if there are any faulty items or produce that did not match your order, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01304 812 112 and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
If your item is faulty or it does not match the item that you ordered, you will be entitled to a refund. We will refund you directly onto the card that was used to make the purchase within 48 hours of confirmation from our side. Refunds for products under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
For perishable products, you would need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. For non-perishable products, you would need to notify us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery.
