Flower & White handcraft all of their meringues to a traditional Swiss recipe using free range eggs and natural flavours. Having baked at home with his mum as a child, Brian who took his skills to the next level, juggling his baking while looking after the kids as a stay at home dad. He then let his bakes loose on the public and they were an instant hit. Following Brian’s success Leanne decided to take the plunge and leave her job to join her husband in his venture!
Gone are the days when Leanne and Brian used to laboriously separate eggs by hand in their shed! Today their range has expanded from their iconic Giant Meringues and Meringue Drops to their latest innovation Meringue Bars and Bites, which are wrapped in 100% plastic free, recyclable and FSC paper packaging (a first in the confectionery industry!). This lovely multi award-winning family business has moved to new premises (a little bigger than Brian and Leanne’s shed!) and we can´t wait to see what exciting new developments come next!
