Strong enough for sandwiches and light enough to make a great sauce for white fish and scallops. Proves goat’s cheese certainly does not have to have a touch of the billygoat about it.

Coming from generations of farmers, Robin and Carla Betts decided to start making cheese in 2000. In 2006 their first "trial batch" already received their first Award in the World Cheese Awards. The Winterdale cheese dairy is housed within a traditional oak framed barn located at the head of a picturesque valley on the Northern edge of the family farm, which old local maps identify as ‘Winterdale Shaw’.
