The Jersey cow has long been prized for her gentle nature and the superior quality of her milk. Drawing on over 50 yeas of milking experience we have chosen milk from Jersey herds to give our luxury cream its distinctive colour, consistency and taste.
Single Cream has too low a fat content for whipping, but is perfect for pouring onto desserts or to enrich soups, savoury dishes or sauces.
